SGRooms are tastefully decorated, providing us with all we need for a restful stay. Communication was great and prompt. Host provided us with all the necessary information for us to access the rooms. They also readily arranged for a room on the lowest floor for our mum who has mobility issues.
The floor tiles of the bathroom are rather slippery when wet after taking a shower.

ITThe young lady running the Homestay is adorable, she helped me all the way. I was coming from Hanoi by night bus, so she sent me a message to show the bus driver with detailed explanation on where to leave me. Then she helped me finding vegan restaurants, she arranged trips and on the day I left she helped me booking a taxi to take me to a homestay near Ban Gioc Waterfalls, stopping and taking me to visit all the tourist attractions in between, it was a wonderful experience. The Homestay is in a very convenient location in the city centre.
