The apartment was clean & quiet. The location was very strategic to the attraction's place. The owner was very considerate upon our request for the late check out

It would be better to provide thick comforter in every room

Allocated parking space & not crowded.

No washing machine provided.

Not returning full security deposit just because there is stain on the towel.

It was a lovely & very clean, bright & spacious apartment with lovely views & all facilities provided. The hosts were lovely & warm & friendly.

It was a 2 bedroom apartment with an attached bathroom in only one room, that had a water heater & hot water. The second bathroom across from the room had only cold water, & that was a huge surprise and inconvenience as we all had to shower in only one bathroom! Also, the shower area is not separated from the commode, so the entire bathrooms were always wet, which is so annoying! The bathroom doors squeak so much, & need oiling, as every time someone goes to the toilet in the night, it disturbs everyone in the apartment. Parking instructions could have been simplified by just providing the car parking level, with the pillar & floor marking numbers, instead of a video. There were no mugs or cups for tea, & no coffee, creamer or sugar sachets provided.
