"Disappointing"

We (party of 4) have to wake up @ 4:30 AM for business... at that time we found out no electricity & hot water... we had to use cell phone flashlight to go dwn the stairs. The security guard didn't realize the problem cos he said... he had electricity in his room... adding the electric power switch was dwn... how??...I don't know. :( For us... that was the most critical time of my stay... needing to be at least showered before going out.

"Very Good & Clean Hotel in Cerro Azul"

Very clean, good installations, comfy, very nice rooms, safe, good inside parking.

Needs toiletry space in the bathroom.

Close to the main road. Good tv in the room. Private fenced parking.

We didn't get any breakfast, because when we were leaving at 8 am the hotel staff was sleeping. We had to wake up some of them to open the gate. Can't sleep well, roosters are screaming for hours. Not friendly staff, didn't know any English. Highly overpriced place. Almost impossible to get hot water coming.
