GBThe welcome pack. It was pretty awesome to not have to worry about taking breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy. The balcony was divine to just chill with a cuppa or glass of wine. Kitchen was very well equipped. Toiletries were also a lovely addition. It was very lovely to see the pups. Our hosts were there if we needed them.
There was nothing I could complain about without being super super overly nitpicky. I know some people can be, but that's not me. I was really happy with everything.

GBVery clean nicely decorated lovely terrace to sit out on overlooking beautiful garden . Had air conditioning unit for warm weather . A welcome pack was left of tea coffee milk bread and juice
It was all fine
GBThe little cottage was the perfect size four our short stay, but could accommodate a longer stay if needed with the facilities provided, AC was an extra bonus compared to others we have stayed in, well equipped kitchenette, rainfall shower, comfy lounge area with small balcony patio and very comfortable bed and linen
Shame we were only here a few nights
GBWe loved every minute of our stay at the cosy cottage, Guy and Julie were super friendly and helpful, and the cottage itself was so much bigger than we expected and beautifully finished. The location was perfect for us, offering easy access into town but also close to drive to the beach or Lincoln. There was fresh bread, milk and butter which was great as we got to the property in the evening therefore removing worries about finding food. Our dog, Lucy, enjoyed the balcony and watching the birds. Exceeded expectations.

Not really a didn't like just a comment. The shower cubicle/screen could be a little bit bigger
GBGBGBGBCosy rural setting, with stylish interior and all you need for a great break. Totally dog friendly, and the hosts are amazing. Hot cross buns was a lovely easter treat too xx
