Coastal Village Phu Quoc

The host is simply amazing, she has always helped us with everything we needed, being very welcoming and attentive. The accomodation is right on the beach, with lots of restaurants, shops and markets nearby. The room was extremely comfortable, we felt really good here. Definitely recommend and would totally come back again!

The door to the bungalow has windows in it and there were very bright lights on outside all night. We didn’t sleep well due to this There was a leak in the bathroom, creating a pool of water by the door

The enthusiasm, warmth and charm of the manager make you feel welcome and at home the moment you walk in. Their pro activism in helping with a rip off cab driver upon arrival and industriousness in booking a very last minute wonderful day out snorkelling are worthy of a 5 star establishment. We arrived as guests we left as friends.

Absolute indifference from the manager. Upon arrival we were surprised by a room of a different category than the one we booked. The room was half the size. The manager said that there was a mistake and she could not provide the booked room. We were not the only ones who fell into this trap. Complete lies and excuses. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. During our week there was no cleaning or change of towels and bed linen. A huge number of mosquitoes. The worst hotel in all my travels. You will not find comfort here, only nerves Late photos of the number were changed by the owner after repeated complaints
