Semua bagus. Bilik cantik, lokasi bagus dekat dgn KTM Bukit Mertajam. Pagi2 nak naik ets ke ipoh, mudah dapat grab.

Tiada Kedai serbaneka. Nak beli snek or minuman ringan malam2 pun x boleh sbb tak ada kedai.

Overall memang puas hati stay dkt De Luma. Rumah bersih, selesa dan cantik. Staff senang berurusan. Check in check out senang. Bilik kemas Dan sesuai utk family stay. Anak anak suka sbb decoration dia comel. Ada swimming pool Dan facilities lain yg kita bleh guna juga. Recommended utk short gateway atau staycation.

Proses check in jw delay sikit tp dia cover dgn check out extra hours. Tp tulah sekarang time check in lewat, time check out awal. Kalau kira xcukup sehari pun. Apapun ok la.
