There wasn't anything that I didn't like; everything was as expected from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was a pleasure, and I have nothing bad to say.
GBIt's a beautiful hotel on the surface, but an appallingly bad design. The rooms are comfy. The TV and wifi work. All rooms face the foyer so you have to keep the curtains closed unless you want people randomly peering in.
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, your lungs will be blasted every 60 seconds with industrial-strength air fresheners that blast the place with intoxicating scents. It's like stepping into a horrific perfume factory, and there's no escape. If you have any sort of breathing issue or scent allergy, stay well clear! I arrived with bronchitis and after a few minutes was feeling really ill. The receptionist stuck a bag over the squirter in my room which had no effect. It's also really annoying bearing the darned thing squirt loudly every 60 seconds! I said I'd have to leave as it was hard to breathe so she moved me to a much smaller room without a spray. It still smelled strongly of perfume, but I could breathe. Bathroom is tiny and basic vs the price paid. Breakfast is at a cafe a short walk away and not worth the bother. I tried it the first day and ordered pancakes. There were 3 with a banana and syrup, but all were burnt in places, and the chef had even scraped the worst burnt bits off! The place was empty, so there's no excuse for incompetence.

MXPara tomar el desayuno hay que desplazarse varias cuadras caminando, no es en el hotel Los cuartos muy amplios y comodos pero la decoracion exagerada y abrumadora!
SVInstalaciones bastante nuevas, personal amable, cuartos muy espaciosos, lugar silencioso y bien ubicado para disfrutar Ataco con amigos y familia. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso.
Ningún incidente que reportar, pero debería contar con estacionamiento interno, aunque sea cercano o contratar vigilancia por seguridad de los vehículos que quedan en la calle.
