They are disorganised, I had to wait hours for the stuff to prepare the room and the place was untidy, showers very dirty

I liked that everything was clean

I didn’t like the fact that the property was not fully equipped. No kettle, cups, coffee, sugar , iron and etc. please next time have these things as they are very essential to your visitors.
