MEFirst, the location. Astonishing. It's the centre of the town with everything being 10mins far away from you. Second, what you see on the pictures, you get. It's very cozy, very clean and comfortable. Third. The host are very nice and kind. We thank them for their kindness. The neighbours were a bit loud with music (which we understood because it was a holiday in Italy) and they asked them to be less loud because of us. That was very kind of them. Also they left coffee, sugar, tea, toast bread and jam on the table. That was very nice, we thank them. Hosts do speak English but if you can speak Italian then that's even better.

ITHo trascorso un weekend in questo B&B e ne sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima/strategica per visitare il centro storico di Palermo. Nota di merito per la proprietaria: una gestione professionale ma calorosa. È stata impeccabile nel fornirci indicazioni utili e nel rendere il nostro soggiorno fluido e piacevole. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualità

BALocation is in the very historic center of the city so everything is near. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need.
The toilet seat was broken, which was very unpleasant.
GB- the location - the gate to the courtyard, made it felt more private - friendly host - no noise from the street (but there turned out to be other sources of noise unfortunately)
- hot water lasted for about 3 minutes - extremely loud bed! squeaked with every move! - there is a family with a little dog living upstairs and you can hear absolutely everything, including dog’s zoomies at 7am and loud conversations. Combined with the previous point, after a 6-day stay I was absolutely exhausted and I didn’t sleep well a single night; - mouldy smell in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards - broken toilet seat - overall dated interior that made the studio feel dirty even though the place was cleaned

Shower didnt stay hot for both of us to shower one morning which was a concern, and it required a lighter to use the hobs
