Bersih dan berdekatan dgn kedai.
Pintu sliding ke balkony rosak, bahaya untuk kanak2. Pemegang pintu utama hampir rosak dan hdk tercabut. Bilek2 tidak ada cermin dan tidak ada meja sisi untuk letak barang sptr talifon.
