There was nothing I didn’t like.
USIt was in the middle of no where . Thought it had water view and usable beach was 9 miles away
Kitchen
USAlthough the staff was remote, there was an instant response to questions we had. When we met one of the owners, we were greeted warmly and unhurriedly. The location was perfect for our needs, to see the peninsula. The information booklet left for our use was more than adequate, and we followed many suggestions for what to do and where to eat. We did not use the kitchen, but explored and found it well and generously stocked with items we could use should we have wanted to prepare a meal there.

USUSIt was quiet and well located for our purpose.
Air conditioning would have helped with the excessive humidity. The bathroom could use an update, vanity and wc are very low and shower dripped. A television would have been nice. Having the generator working would have been a blessing during the short but enjoying power failure.
USThe room was huge and beautiful; I loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the swing behind the stairs, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit.

CAUSEverything was clean. Didn't see any staff but they were quick and efficient with our needs. Room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet location.
USThere is a communal kitchen in one of the guest rooms but there is no food or room service.
There was no ocean or sea view from the room and no terrace with the room. The Reach (water) is an obstructed view from the outside walkway perpendicular to the room. I paid for two nights in advance to have those amenities included. Misleading description. It is more of a two story motel. Rooms are spacious but overpriced for no seaview.
