"Overall a good flat for a short stat"

Location is excellent- right in the centre of Padova!

The flat doesn't have much natural light, especially in the living room area. I had to spend a lot of time working from the flat, and it felt like I was missing out on all the sunshine.

"Lovely self catering unit 10 minutes walk to Basilica"

Very close to the Basilica. Great for Saint Anthony pilgrimages. Fantastic team met us on site and responded quickly to questions.

Two floors up, no lift if your luggage is heavy. No plug for bath.

"Horrible customer service. The lady who attended to me was extremely rude."

Absolutely nothing

The property is old and outdated. The picture on booking.com is not the current state of the property. It’s very and the environment is more like a ghetto. I received to stay in the property and requested for cancellation/ refund but the management has refused to refund me and I would be taking this up legally with them.

Great location and lots of room in the apartment

Dishwasher didn’t work and check in at 3 pm is very late when you are traveling by trains which get in early. Most other check in times are 1 pm or 2 pm

the location, the quality of the mattress, the size of the bedroom

the smell of mould, the darkness of the flat, no lift (second floor with lots of stairs), in general the apartment is good to sleep in but not to spend time in
