Coz wielkim minuses apartamentow, choc zdarzaja sie perelki, sa naczynia, patelenie I garnki, do koniecznej wymiany, to jakiś żart właściciela, nie zapominajmy ze to nie hotel. Tragicznym rozwiązanie, choć praktykowany jest zostawianie kluczy poza miejscem zamieszkania, w tym przypadku w sklepie kilkaset metro dalej. Chodzenie tam z bagazem, gdy się jest samemu to bardzo słaby pomysł. Zresztą oddać go również trzeba do sklepu🙈 sklepu ma także ograniczenia czasowe, co jak się planuje przyjazd po 21, poza godzinami otwarcia sklepu. Sytuacja z Paryża z przed 2 tygodni , szukaj człowieku innego noclegu.

stayed in a couple of days The Artst Suite and it was a lovely experience. My apartment was very cosy and well-presented, and the bed was really comfy! The apartment is in a brilliant location. The Hoster ( Zahid Rafique)were lovely and couldn't be more helpful, and definitely made the place feel more homely and personal. There is also free parking on main road in front of the apartment which on top of everything else is a great bonus! Will definitely be returning for my next visit to Birmingham .

The property was nice and clean. It was a pleasant stay we stayed for 2 nights tea and coffee were provided. We were offered complimentary dinner as there was no wifi. The living room/kitchen area was immaculate. The bedroom was clean big and comfortable The toilet was really clean we were provided with towels. The host is very polite, and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly attentive and always contactable, making sure we were comfortable before and during our stay. He truly went above and beyond—when our check-in time had to be delayed, he kindly brought us kebabs, chips, and pizzas to make us feel welcome. He also sent helpful videos and pictures explaining how to use things like the hot water and heating, which made our stay so much easier. The location is fantastic—very close to Birmingham city centre and near plenty of shops and takeaways. The flat itself is in a beautiful new-build building with parking outside, offering great value for money. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The most noticeable drawback, however, is that there is no WiFi. Since the TV needs an internet connection to work, we weren’t able to use it, and the mobile signal in the building was patchy (though this isn’t the host’s fault). Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it, especially if having WiFi isn’t a priority for you.

The apartment was in a serene environment, not to far from the city center, nice and it was spacious

The suite was clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. The host, Zahid, was super hospitable, providing dinner and helpful messages for settling in. We feel like the Artist Suite is a second home and plan to return whenever we're in Birmingham.
