Очень мешала музыка ночью которая слышно было с улицы ( где то играла музыка на набережной в ресторане)

Location is okey but host person is terrible!

After I made payment, owner made me cancel my reservation because he argued that he had to pay commission, room price is low and refused to refund my payment back because he already taken money. He said that nothing will change you will keep staying, my reservation was for week for the first night he gave room number 2018 then following day he made me move to room number 1013. Next remaining 6 six days were horrible because women staying in the next room kept noisily arguing with her male partner every day. Then I made another reservation with a different host and checked in to different room through Booking.com website again, when I was in my new room somebody knocked the door and it was my previous room's host, he told me he was placing restaurant menu inside every room in the building and he placed the menu. While placing restaurant menu in my new room he questioned me why I did not stay there and wanted to know how much I paid to this new room, I told him that this is private business between me and new host and he hid don't want to comply with the terms of conditions of Booking.com that is why I made new reservation. Then he immediately accused of me picking up hair drying machine from his room, I told him that there no hair drying machine in the room number 1013 which I stayed last 6 days of my stay and I did not have hair. This person made me cancel my reservation not to pay commission to Booking.com which is swindling, I paid cash amount my reservation I stayed one night in room number 2018 and six nights in room number 1018 which I booked through Booking.com website.
