Location was excellent. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Pleasing decor and design. Uncluttered, a small property so not much space for shelves, cupboards etc for people staying for a week or tow. We stayed three nights but as only 2 of us were staying this wasn't a problem Good oven, fridge, dishwasher, shower - all new.

Missed a serrated knife for cutting bread, mybrown wholewheat bread ended up with a lot of crumbs and slices with holes. Needed a spatular to protect the frying pan. The TV wasn't working and frustrating to solve.

This is an exceptional self-catering option. Comfort, cleanliness and furnishings were all first rate. The quiet location especially on a Saturday night was much appreciated.

Hattie's cottage is in a great location for walking into Lincoln and it has free on-street parking. The cottage is very clean and looks to have been recently renovated. It had everything we needed for a three night stay. They even included milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits!

Nothing, this cottage had everything we needed.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Lincoln, near to all amenities. The host was excellent even leaving a fresh pint of milk in the fridge, along with tea and coffee, as that is the first thing you want to do on arriving is have a cup of tea or coffee.
