We loved the layout and bright, simple décor of the place itself (a spacious 1- bedroom bedsit- type flat), and the location in a characterful and sheltered residential cul- de-sac next to the park, a quick 15- minute walk from the city centre, is fabulous.

It would have been good to have at least one decent cooking pot to go with the nice frying pans, so cooking and eating in would be an option. The curtains are also a nice bright colour but could do with being longer so you could close them more, this is especially important for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed in the sitting room. Lastly, another standing fan for the bedroom would be useful as it got quite hot while we were there and the ceiling fans weren't strong enough to keep us comfortable.

Me encanto lo cómodo y la ubicación cercana a parques y el centro histórico de Tepic. Lugar tranquilo y ambiente familiar. Pequeño pero comodo.

Excellent location,the owner of the house is very nice and caine. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen,hot water at all times,very safe location, close to restaurants minimarkets,and convenius stores, also there right a cross the street is a very nice park, close to downtown 😀 👍
