Aristoteli's Stone House

Sofort wieder! Ein tolles freistehendes Haus mit allem was man braucht, sogar Fliegengitter. Mega Ausblick und tolle Lage. Wir haben vor allem die verschiedenen nahegelegenen Strände besucht und eine Fahrt mit dem Pelion Zug gemacht. Im fußläufigen Dorf gibt es zwei Minimärkte und zwei Tavernen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat am Strand eine Strandbar mit Liegen. Highlight war auch Edgar den wir ins Herz geschlossen haben.

This place is magical. The stone house, set in an apple orchard overlooking the open sea, offers serene mornings and evenings on the ground floor or terrace, where you can simply relax and enjoy the view of the sea and mountains. The location is incredible—secluded enough to feel private, yet close enough to the main road to still feel connected to the local community. The village of Makrirrachi is charming in an unassuming way, and we loved its authentic atmosphere. The house is close to Agii Saranta beach and also within reach of Chorefto. While other beaches require more driving, the narrow and winding roads add to the experience of exploring this beautiful part of Pelion. In terms of practicalities, the home is well-equipped for a small family (we were three, including a 9-year-old). The interior design is thoughtful, not overwhelming, yet with a nice attention to detail. Finally, the hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely nice, which truly enhanced our experience. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would gladly return anytime.

Superb location and view. Unique setting in the cherry and apple orchard, overlooking the sunrise coast. Very relaxing. Bag of cherries from the host, from the orchard below were fantastic.

If you are going to be very critical, then we would say you need to have a 4x4 car at the minimum to see the remote Country at its best. But then there are restaurants and supermarkets close by if you just want to get away from it all for a few days.
