"Arrived at the location but ignored by host. Forced cancellation. Avoid."

Paid the full amount and arrived at the property. Called the number on the booking, but it went straight to voicemail (the mailbox was full so we couldnt even leave a message). Messaged the host but no response. Booking.com told us to wait outside for a response for 45 mins before eventually having to cancel. Now have to wait 7-12 days for a refund. From the reviews, it seems lots of people have had this same experience. Avoid this place unless you want to risk being left without a place to stay like we were.
