Great apartment. Clean,.comfortable beds. Air conditioning in two rooms was great. A washing machine was fantastic. Easy walking distance to train station and tourist sights.

No internet. Wifi connected but without internet only. Contacted staff who recommended switching the modem off and on which I had already done, then did not hear back from them again. We were only there for two night so managed but found this frustrating. Would have given exceptional scores if this was not an issue and communication was better.

The location is excellent near the city center.

The apartment had several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Communication with the host was slow. Although WhatsApp was recommended for direct communication, our message regarding our check-in was answered 6 hours later. There were no face towels when we arrived. After we informed the owner, new towels were provided, but they appeared to be newly bought and had not been washed before use. One of the bedrooms, the one with the bunk bed, did not have a working main light. There was only a small bedside lamp. The owner told us someone would come to fix it, but this never happened during our stay. There was also no cold running water in the kitchen. Only hot water was available, and when the tap was turned to cold, no water came out at all. Cleanliness and preparation could also have been much better. There were marks that looked like chocolate on the walls, dirty quilts inside the wardrobe, no proper bed sheets, and only quilt covers with broken zips. For four guests, there were only three hangers, one of which was broken. Some of the kitchen items were also not clean. I listed all these issues to the host, but the host kept focusing only on the main light that was not working. After several attempts to communicate the problems, I decided not to continue discussing them further and instead tried to enjoy Verona with my family. Overall, the apartment needs better maintenance, more careful cleaning, and more reliable communication from the host.

The apartment is conveniently located, around a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. It is a lovely place to stay, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, and has the essentials needed for a comfortable visit.

Unfortunately, during our stay, a few issues affected our experience. Although it was only a one-night stay, no complimentary toiletries were provided apart from toilet paper. We were also unable to access the internet despite following the instructions provided, and the light in one of the bedrooms was not working. I contacted the number provided for assistance but did not receive a response during our stay. Overall, the property has many positive qualities, and with a little more attention to maintenance and guest communication, the experience could be even better.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better apartment. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a long balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent — very close to the train station, the city center, as well as shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore everything Verona has to offer. Communication with the host was outstanding throughout our stay. Responses were always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free from the moment we booked until our departure. We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment and truly enjoyed our time discovering the charm and beauty of Verona. This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. I will happily recommend this apartment to all my family members and friends because it deserves nothing but praise. Thank you so much for everything and for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

La zona es excelente, el ambiente , el departamento sumamente amplio y cómodo

Nada, todo ok . Solo agregaría algun reparador o ballerina para la repasar la mesa. Pero todo genial

The location was perfect, main bed was comfortable.

Cleaning was not up to standard, second bedroom was like a walk in closet converted to a bedroom with no window and light not working. Balcony had broken furniture pushed to one side and was dirty. Shower hot water ran out very quickly, no cold water in kitchen and facilities were not up to the standard described
