Nice, clean room and friendly owner.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The location is convenient, as it’s close to Nuwara Eliya town and near the main road, so it’s easy to catch buses to the town frequently. The view was nice, and the room was comfortable and good value for the money. We really enjoyed our stay

Not really a dislike, but the hot water could be hotter for more comfort.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. It really made the experience feel warm and welcoming. I was truly impressed and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

difficult to find(no signboard) and the climb down to the house a bit difficult if your legs (like mine) aren't so good!

The hotel owner is a very kind and very helpful person. Room and toilet are very clean. Foods are very yummy. Very beautiful hills view.

The only problem is network connection, especially in side the room very low.

The room and bathroom were potless clean and smelled really nice Bathroom with hot water in the shower Even though there wasn't breakfast options, they made us big and delicious breakfast for a good price The listing doesn't include towels, but still owners were ready to provide us Two warm blankets Location is good and close to a bus stop (not marked in Google Maps) To find the place, just follow Google Maps and look for black gate opposite to Hotel cold world. Definitely recommended and would come back!

Wifi signal could be better in the room, but it's good in common area (living room)
