Secure and high spec property. Perfect for me any my family of 5

Getting the keys was easy. Instructions were sent in advance of my arrival and everything went according to plan. The wi-fi always worked. There was 24/7 electricity and they did a little shopping as requested by me in advance which I paid for on arrival. The view from the small balcony was amazing even on a rainy day.

Since we had to get a daily security code to access the main street gates, I would recommend automating this process if possible so a new code is sent via WhatsApp as soon as the previous code expires. The driver was sometimes unable to access the estate and had to wait whilst I chased up the code for the day.

The apartment was amazing(exactly as described). It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Security was excellent, and I especially loved the ocean-facing balcony. The overall ambiance was great, the WiFi worked well, and there was access to a smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. Highly recommend 👌

The balcony was very hot due to the AC vent, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the ocean view. The swimming pool was also out of service during my stay. In addition, the AC switch in the living room was exposed, although this was promptly fixed after I informed the team. There was also an abrupt water cut-off in the second bathroom at one point. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Its a really great place. The place just works; its beautiful, its in in the best part of Ikoyi for a peaceful secure stay. Its beautifully furnished and the staff are so attentive. No power issues. We just kept staring at the views of the water. Its so amazing. I will be coming back again.

Nothing really

We had a really pleasant experience. The view from the balcony is one of the highlights—calm, scenic, and perfect for relaxing, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. It’s located within a secure gated estate, which adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. I felt comfortable moving around the compound even late in the evening. What really stood out was the staff. They were polite, responsive, and always willing to help with anything—from extra towels to restaurant recommendations. Their friendly service made the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Really nice location. Felt very secure. Great views of the ocean. Helpful staff. Olly was very sympathetic guy, easy to communicate with and helpful tips. I will definitely use this place next time I'm in Lagos

Almost no positives. Even before arrival the hotel provided false information which forced us to look for another hotel at midnight but we had to pay for that night even though we didn't sleep in the hotel. The only positive is the location. If you solve problems, you will only hear excuses. Here in Europe I would go to the authorities. Nigeria does not work like that and you can no longer claim your rights.

In a word, pain and suffering. Dishonest people who try to extort money from you for various deposits, charge you for a night you were not in the hotel and if you do not pay, they blackmail you by denying you access to the room to your belongings and travel documents. Rooms very dirty with cockroaches. Toilets not cleaned and the floor dirty. I strongly warn European citizens against this accommodation. Horror. I hope I can resolve this very negative experience at least with booking.com
