PETRA MARE VILLA

Villa close to one of the best wild beaches in Kassandra, in natural shadow under pines. Great backyard, fully equipped house, great terrace and balcony, the owner at your disposal. The house is well positioned for visiting other great places in Kassandra, especially Afytos, but also the southern villages and beaches.

The path to the beach can be challenging for smaller kids, but the beautiful beach is worth the short walk.

It is very noisy-we couldn’t sleep because the main road is too close. The house is not as il looks like on the photos and descriptions. The equipment is very old and neglected. It smells moisture, it is not clean at all. There was a flood on n the house because of the rain but the owner didn’t propose any compensation. We were very disappointed, this house needs a lot of renovations. Mosquitos come from everywhere. There is a strange person living in a shed in the front yard. The beach is close but we had to pass the main road which is very dangerous. Don’t go there, this house will ruin your stay.
