Cozy Urban Oasis

This was by far the worst booking experience I have ever had. The property was unsafe, filthy, and completely mismanaged. When we checked in (over an hour late), due to the property management's failure, the house smelled heavily of perfume to cover odors. We found used condom wrappers in two separate rooms (where my children were supposed to stay), trash under the beds, stained and unwashed linens, and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. I developed rashes from the bedding that required medical attention. Maintenance confirmed that basic upkeep (like A/C filters) was the host’s responsibility, yet they tried to charge me for it anyway. Several things were already broken or missing upon arrival, including blinds, a bathroom door, and missing TV remotes. Never in my life of booking hotels or rentals have I been expected to do a full inspection of a property and report issues to the host. At reputable accommodations, the property is clean, ready, and safe upon check-in. That was absolutely not the case here. This listing is unsafe, unsanitary, and run unprofessionally. For the price I paid (over $3,000), this was nothing short of a scam. I strongly warn others to avoid this property.
