Had such a great time. Don't really understand why it has bad reviews? Maybe we got lucky? Maybe a bunch of Tories, UTFT Our favourite accommodation from a few across the Algarve

Perfect location right by Mercado Municipal. Clean room, quiet night, friendly staff. 5 min walk to bus station for airport. Great value for 3 nights stay.

Emplacement parfait à côté du Mercado Municipal. Chambre propre, calme et personnel accueillant. 5 min à pied de la gare routière pour l’aéroport. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour 3 nuits

Rolig og rent gjestehus. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Soverom var moderne og hadde komfortabel seng.

På det ene badet kunne man festet noe i veggen slik at man kunne hengt opp dusjhodet.

Très bien placé. Extérieur très agréable et convivial. Endroit calme. Chambre climatisée top assez spacieuse et kitchenette très pratique. Salles de bain spacieuses, lumineuses et fonctionelles Réception disponible et réactive

La chambre mériterait quelques crochets pour y suspendre les serviettes humides :) Établissement propre mais certains clients laissent parfois la salle de bain toute mouillée et non aérée par exemple, c'est à chacun de faire des efforts.

Le jardin et la piscine

Le bruit chambre insonorisée + emplacement au-dessus couloir aérien + chambre à proximité des douches impossible de dormir c’est pourquoi nous avons dû écourter notre Sejour.

Location was convenient, walking distance from center, supermarkets, market, restaurants... I was able to park my motorcycle inside.

Very dirty. Hair, dirt under and around carpets, grease in handles, stains in bed sheets, dirty counter tops... I was doing the cleaning when I arrived Very noisy including at night. Zero attention to acoustics. Shared bathrooms are dirty and with poor conditions, like missing toilet paper and not enough maintenance. Pool area and jacuzzi are nothing like in the photos. It's a messy, dirty space. jacuzzi is always busy, so you can't even use it. Overall room conditions are poor, like bed lighting on just one side! House was adapted to hotel accommodation with very little investment in comfort.

The property was poorly maintained, not as advertised, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor and several issues were never properly resolved.
