"Nice and suitable for what I needed for my weekend in Beverley."

Nice and quiet and clean, good shower and facilities

Bed was very hard and whatever is plugged in next to the bed constantly ticks through the night so for a light sleeper its not so pleasant. It could do with being moved to another room. Having to walk through the garden of a property isnt so great either, it could do with some kind of screening so that its completely private and out of view of the house windows etc.

"Hidden gem"

It had everything you could think of terms of equipment. It was very comfortable and easily accessible. The coffee, tea and biscuits were a bonus.

The noisy timer for the outside fairy lights. It was too close to the bed.

We loved staying in this small house and the gorgeous village where it is located....we shall return !!

The mattress was a tad lumpy and springy but this did not stop us from sleeping...but the rest of the property is very comfortable and quiet....and comes with a 100% recommendation .

Location, host, ambiance, facilities, all above expectations. Helen was exceptionally helpful and relaxed. The house is beautifully presented with interesting and tasteful furnishing. The little extras in the welcome pack were much appreciated. The shower was wonderful!
