Rude staff

Everything- Food, music, hospitality, location, hygiene, service. All good and really nice hosts (Mr Bisht and his family)

Only one small thing, that they should give a heads up if the room is on a height and one has to walk to the top. With young people it is fine, but if I come with my mother, it can be a non fun surprise to climb up to the room at the top (although they have staff to carry your luggage)

Everything was too good...lunch breakfast and dinner all were yummy...

Wifi connection made a problem...

Rooms were spacious.

The facilities were not upto mark. Entertainment facilities like carrom and dart were broken Access to room is poorly lit and uneven you have to be careful while climbing down There was barely any room service. We only had carried tea sachets

Staff

The breakfast details were never disclosed and at the time of chk out I was surprised to see the charges of tea/coffee. The hotel unethically charged for coffee which was served with a complimentary breakfast and stated that only tea is complimentary not coffee. The charges is not a problem but ethics and bad practices are... IT WAS NOT DISPLAYED ANYWHERE IT WAS NEVER INFORMED.
