The location was fantastic. The apartment includes so many things you may want or need during a stay at the beach, (towels, chairs, a wagon etc.) There was plenty of space.

The parking was a challenge and it took awhile to find a spot and walk a short walk to the apartment. The apartment is upstairs which we were not prepared for. The stairs are steep which made unloading and loading a little more challenging.

"Fabulous location; super apartment with everything you could need!"

Steve gave us a very warm welcome to the apartment and showed us around, giving local tips for places to eat and shop. The location is perfect for the Beach, just a block or so away, and there is a great supermarket nearby. Steve is a generous host, leaving plenty of beach and bath towels, and a whole range of chairs, boards, balls for the beach, as well as bikes. There's spare sun lotions, toiletries, cleaning products...everything you could possibly need just a small amount of but didn't bring! The rooms are filled with beach-themed ornaments and usefulnesses, with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen is well appointed, and we appreciated the coffee pods for the machine and condiments since we were only thee for 3 nights (far to short!). The terraces are lovely to relax on - the Pacific sunset on the rooftop is amazing. If you're thinking of booking the apartment, stop hesitating and snap it up, it's amazing!

Excellent location, family bedroom was perfect.

Stairs to unit are 3/4 wooden and 1/4 cement. The cement stairs slope downward so exiting the building requires a lot of caution.

You can't beat the location - on a quiet street less than two blocks from the beach. Stores and restaurants nearby. The beach house had plenty of room, and the host provided all sorts of useful things like beach chairs, bikes, extra towels, sunscreen, etc.

Everything about the beach house and its amenities was comfortable and functional, pretty much what you would expect in a beach house, and living up to the claims in the property listing. If you are looking for a five star Hilton Hotel experience with everything brand new and in the most modern style, then this may not be the place for you.
