Segnalo perdita acqua condizionatore all'interno della camera con formazione di goccia lungo il muro a livello della testata del letto, motivo per cui si è reso necessario staccare il letto dal muro

Nessuna accoglienza pulizia zero e formiche in cucina dove c’e il mangiare nessun cambio dí asciugamani e lenzuola pessime condizioni e mi fermo qui perché ce ne stanno tante di cose da dire

No information on the way the hotel worked. Prior to coming I didn't even know I had to collect the keys myself in the front, I had to telephone to get the code and the person I spoke to was very unpleasant, they hung up on me after like 30sec, after shouting information super fast in Italian. Thankfully I found help from a nice neighbour otherwise I would never have entered. No effort to try to speak English at all either :(

Die Lage direkt beim Bahnhof und Fährhafen ist praktisch bei einer Reise nach Sizilien.

Den Hauseingang im Dunkeln zu finden ist nicht ganz einfach, und wenn man die Adresse auf Google-maps eingibt zeigt die Stecknadel auf den Bahnhofplatz und nicht auf das Haus. Ein Foto des Hauseingangs auf Booking würde die Orientierung erleichtern.
