There wasn't a broom to better help us clean up

Very nice place in a very good location. Michael was a gorgeous host. He leaves nothing to be desired. My son and me had a great time in this beautiful house:) we will come back;)

We booked the whole house. (But the Host offers book rooms separately). The host was excellent. We asked him for an early check-in. He had no problem with that even though it was at 9.30 AM. Street and surroundings look safe. People on the street walk dogs, do running and walking. The location was excellent, 20 min. beach, 20 min. Universal Studios., Hollywood, Beverly Hills... House had a big living room and I can say it was spacious overall. You can park your car inside. Kitchen was well equipped, We had clean fresh towels available.

We had some issues with bed linen (maybe caused because of early check-in), but the host bought new ones and delivered them to us immediately. The host should work on cleanness. It seems that he does the cleaning on his own. At first moment, the house looked clean, but I recommend to hire a professional cleaning company, especially for the kitchen and bathrooms. A/C vents in rooms need inspection for proper working.

Walking distance from eateries and grocery store. Very convenient. Enjoyed walking the property as well.

Property is very well maintained. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient. Michael (the host) is a gentleman, always very responsive and kind. I am very pleased to have chosen this facility for my 9 nights’ stay in LA.

The owner clearly keeps pride in this house. It is very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

No downsides. Be aware that kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom are shared.
