the appartment is perfect for few days trip to Budapest. since we were walking all day and just staying overnight we enjoyed it a lot. the location is a top, next to great restaurantes, walking distance sightseeings, groceries, parking on the streets and the appartment has all the necessities you would need (towels, soap, teapot, fridge, culteries and plates and even microwave)! also the instructions how to access are super clear and easy and the communication with the owner was super pleasant and helpful! truly appreciate and it’s noticeable when people are caring! truly great spot to stay in Budapest

i don’t find what i didn’t like as we enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner :) , i would just recommend for people who has a sensitive sleep to take the earplugs with you as the location is next to the famous bars so be prepared that some noise can be heard from the street

The room was completely different from the photos on booking.com. We arrived and were immediately disappointed, there was not even usable pillows, we had to bundle up towels, the property stated there was a wardrobe but there was only evidence of a wardrobe being removed, there was also no fridge as stated and the only plus is that there is a fan but this is completely necessary as the air in the room is stale and the fan needs to be kept on despite the window being left open, also no iron etc etc as was stated. When i sat on the bed i am convinced something bit me on the thigh, we are not usually too fussy but even at this price it’s substandard. Even costumer service has not given us a proper response!

I liked the fabulous location right in the downtown, I really appreciate the attitude of the landlord and his prompt responses to any requests of mine.

The walls are awfully thin, and I could hear all sounds from the adjacent rooms. Moreover, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby with live music, so sleeping was quite challenging.

Friendly staff, very good location, convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and landmarks nearby. Quiet, and for this price – simply the best.

The worst experience ever. There was not hot water during my stay. As far as i read in revies, it is stil lnot resolved. The property does not collaborate. They know about the problem but they continue to sell the flat. I consider that as a scam. Very dark. You cannot open the curtain/window bcs is situated on the ground floor where everybody passes. I understand the price and do not complain about facilities or furniture, but at least you expect the possibility to take a warm shower in the city with 0 degrees outside. Owners cannot sell the flat, without letting guests knowing in advance about the problem and not offering the refund
