Onyx Beach Hotel

Очень дружелюбный персонал, расположение отличное,проблем с горячей водой не было и тихо, относительно других мест в Чангу.

Джакузи была не очень чистой, вода в ней не нагревалась, уборка посредственная, каждый день разное количество полотенец. Очень не понравилось, что наш номер был свободен, но нас заселили только в 3, будто они 4 часа убирали наши апарты, но при заселении не было чисто и на 3-х было одно полотенце, не было зубных щёток. В ванной только гель для душа и шампунь, мыло для рук. Полотенце для ног может быть, а может и не быть, как решит уборщик. Тапок тоже нет. Я думаю далеко не соответствует цене.

The hot tub outside didn’t get hot, it got warm after 2 hours of waiting.

We liked that it had water dispenser in the room, the staff was beyond friendly, and it was keyless entry!

This is an honest review and I have nothing against the people that work here. That being said. This place promotes itself as being 5 stars. I spent 3 days here and the whole time I wondered where they got them from. Very basic things: 1 If I stay in a hotel I expect warm water in the shower. After 1 minute the hot water is gone. NOTHING LEFT BAD LUCK. So 3 days with a cold shower. This was the first thing I found really strange and not luxurious at all. 2 I got into my room the first day and in most corners there were long hairs from previous guests. This was cleaned the second day. 3 In the bathroom you get soap conditioner and handwash. No extra toothbrush or any other things you expect in 5stars. 4 you get a trashcan in the toilet like everywhere in Indonesia because you throw the paper in there I am used to this and act accordingly. But if I ask the owner if I can get a trashcan in my room to dispose of same garbage like an empty bottle they cannot provide it and I got the answer just put it on the desk.. 5 I had the room downstairs right in front of the pool. ZERO PRIVACY in this room. Other guests just see you laying on your bed. Even worse at night if you put on a light. The only way to have privacy here is to shut the drapes and be in a dark room. 6 This is a technical thing but a beach hotel 1 mile from the beach is called a hotel leave the beach part. 7 the pool is tiny but this isn't the problem. If you can catch one ray of sunlight here it's a miracle. You are surrounded by the entire building so if you like shade all day great but I like some sunshine on my holiday. 8 the location is in the middle of a very dark alley. And on top of this right next door they are currently doing construction. I love the sound of drillbits and jackhammer all day said no guest ever.. I can go on about the breakfast or lack of. Coffee tea and a cookie wow. I just skipped it and went to a local place Horrible experience and honestly i feel scammed.
