Excellent location, the place is clean and super beautiful. The room has everything you need and is spacious, just like the bathroom.

If I really honest everything was super good

Kind and friendly staffs , very pleasant , quiet area , restaurants, and cafe ‘s nearby

The water pressure could be better 😉

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Onyx Beach Hotel. If you go to Canggu, I definitely recommend this place to stay. The staff and the hotel manager Nesa are incredible welcoming, helpful and kind. I felt safe during my stay. The apartment had drinkable water which was a plus.

The road to the hotel and surrounding area could be better but nothing unlike other places in Canggu.

The location of the property is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment as advertised. It feels more like an Airbnb with no proper reception area. Cleanliness was below expectations, with dirty sheets and water that had an unpleasant odor. Bathroom facilities were inadequate: the toilet flushes poorly, hot water runs out quickly, the shower was broken, and the sink was rusty. Noise levels from the pool area were extremely intrusive due to the lack of proper sound insulation—only a glass door separated the room from the noise. The service was inflexible and unable to handle even the simplest requests, which added to the disappointing experience.

Incredible and friendly staff truly at your service. This hotel is new and in the middle of the soft launch, so still in some growing pains - the kitchen doesn’t have an exhaust above the stove, there wasn’t a cutting board, a curtain was missing, no coffee machine, etc but the staff took our feedback wonderfully and I’m sure will get this place to 100 soon. You can’t beat the location! It’s just off a busy street, so nice and quiet and secluded but easily walkable to anything. There’s no meals onsite, but they have an incredible agreement with a super healthy restaurant around the corner with a big big menu.

Room needed more light, needs exhaust above stove, needed a cutting board and more room to prep food, missing a curtain - could do better with table lamps and a rug! But know these will be added / fixed soon
