Le logement est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Les propriétaires sont adorables, discrets et toujours aux petits soins. L’emplacement est à deux pas d’un centre commercial où l’on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande vivement !

Si vous n’aimez pas marcher il est à 14-18 min de marche de la deuxième gare (migliarina) de La Spezia mais pour moi c’était parfait

La atención del caballero que vive al lado fue muy buena.

No tiene cocina. Es una encimera de 1m de ancho con un minifrigorífica, un microondas y una cafetera. Sería mucho mejor si tuviera una cocina.

The property is located at a walking distance of 12 minutes to ferry or train station where there are transportation to Cinque Terre. I walked to ferry or train station following Google map. I feel safe walking and there are food restaurants or supermarkets along the way. I stayed there for three nights, I felt very comfortable by walking and there are things I could see. The host is a very nice couple who waited for my car one hour ahead. I felt very sorry. When I arrived, they opened the gate and allowed my car parked at the courtyard for the stay. I therefore spent my three days wandering around by ferry and train. The host ‘s daughter was very involved in teaching me how to travel through Whatsaap. I enjoyed their attention and the stay turned out to be the most affiliated with my travel. I definitely would come back to stay. Since it is easy to walk to ferry and train station, I was concentrating on the scenery. Thank you so much.

I cannot find

Spacious and well equipped apartmant with comfortable bed and own parking. The area is relaxed and the host is really nice. The centre is about 20 mins on foot, for me it is a good walk.

The rooms are even better than in the photos. Very comfortable, clean, parking on the spot. There is everything you need in the rooms and in bathroom. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. They gave us some useful advice on visit Cinque Terre and recommended very good restaurants very close to the rooms. I would really recommend and would certainly stay there again.

I liked that there was everything we needed there. Nice quiet area. Perfect for family with Small children.
