Very nice location, all required facilities, clean, very hospitable and helpful owners. The apartment is in the old beautiful building with traditional decorations and furniture letting you feel the flavor of Sicily.

I liked it a lot but the apartment is more suitable for visitors without small kids. I was with my family and a toddler and was worried that some of the unique and fragile house accessories and decorations might be destroyed by my small son.

The apartment is amazing, really high ceilings, huge rooms and beautiful garden. Fully equipped kitchen as well. The hosts are incredibly helpful, they were patient (we arrived a bit late), they prepared a delicious typical Sicilian cake, shampoo, oil. We loved every detail Thanks a lot!

Everything was perfect

The communication with the host was great - fast responses, great English - absolutely no problems. She was super kind, and answered all our questions on topics like where to visit, where to park, early bag drop etc. The apartment is spacious, so no issues with that whatsoever. Also, there is a little awesome surprise in the bedrooms for whoever is a fan of Italian architecture, but I will leave that to your visit (P.S.: you might feel like a Queen/King of some sort ;) ) Also, the central street of Catania is a few minutes' walking distance away, so no issues with that either.

3First of all, I would like to thank our host Noemi La Rosa. We were very pleased with the host's hospitality. She welcomed us very friendly. The cleanliness of the house was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the bazaar and places to visit. If I come again, I would like to stay here again.

Super friendly hosts, well equipped apartment, wine/pastry/oranges/coffee available in the kitchen. Good wifi. Close to city centre location (10-20min walk).

Parking is tricky, but everyone is himself responsible for choosing the location for that. All good.

The host - Noemi - was very driendly and welcoming, clearly communicating in English with us - we met at the front door late after midnight and everything was smooth - from check-in to check-out. The place came equipped with some sweets (intended for breakfast) and a couple of grocery items in the fridge along with a whole home-baked cake and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift for out stay. The rooms are huge with very high ceilings, lots of space to move around a nice family place for family breakfasts. The apartment is at ground floor with one of the rooms facing the road with some traffic (some ambient noise) and the other - to the inside of the building, which was very quiet. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels provided. Less than a 10 minute walk from historic downtowm area. Street parking right outside of the building - not a problem in general, but do expect to make another circle to park for free

If you come from places outside of Italy, like we did - you might expect another level of breakfast, but bare in mind - italian breakfast is a piece of pastry + coffee.
