Posizione ottima.

L'appartamento è un po' "datato" (finestre e mobilia vecchi e malfunzionanti), in soggiorno una parete era completamente macchiata dall' umidità, il bagno e la stanza da letto erano poco accessoriate (un paio di ganci adesivi in bagno, di cui uno sull' anta della finestra e nessun appoggio/mensola in camera da letto).
