"Beautiful and most comfortable stay by the lake Como in Bellano."

A very nice and well designed apartment. All the comfort you need for a great stay. Lovely balcony next to the lake. Just a short walking distance to restaurant and to public parking. Although it is by the road but there was no noise from the street. We were able to have a peaceful sleep. The church bell rang so sweetly in the evening. Host responded kindly and promptly to all questions. Highly recommended.

Love the location and the area. The apartment was perfectly located on the lake and Bellano is a cute little town that is not over crowded with tourists,,, I prefer that. Was very happy with my 2 days there.

It was perfect. It is near the lake and your balcony is over the lake. Also very close to center just 3 minutes walk by seaside. You can go to Varenna (to me the best place in Como) with a train in 10 minutes. You can go to Bellagio from varenna by boat. There is coffee and tea in the house. We enjoyed very much

Communication with the host was easy and quick. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient thanks to the locker system. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for three adults. There’s a road nearby, but it’s barely noticeable — it’s quiet at night with very little traffic. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away and has great restaurants and boat rental options. And of course, the view from the window is absolutely stunning — straight onto Lake Como, making you feel like you’re sailing on a ship.

Nothing in particular, maybe the only small downside was that the kettle was tucked away on the top shelf of the kitchen, so it took a bit of effort to find it.

"Stunning lake views in well appointed apartment"

The view of the lake was outstanding and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. We loved it here and wished we had booked for longer. The directions from the owner were friendly and easy to follow. Parking nearby meant we could see the car from the room so knew it was safe. Netflix and the large TV were handy also
