Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad del departamento, con todo a disposición. Además muy tranquilo.

Quizás la forma de la cama podría mejorar para evitar golpes en las canillas, que es un cuadrado bajo de madera.

Świetna lokalizacja, centrum Genui, choć bardzo po górkę, milion schodów do kamienicy, ale blisko do nabrzeża. Czysto, choć brudne ściany w sypialni. Cicho. Przestronny apartament. Bezpiecznie.

Bardzo zniszczone wyposażenie apartamentu. Podarta lampa, poplamiony obrus, sofa Ikei be pokrowca, popękane fronty szafek. Lodówka, która moze się na Ciebie przewrócić. Szczątkowe naczynia w kuchni. Brak żelu pod prysznic (zazwyczaj standard we Włoszech) brak korkociągu i kieliszków do wina:) przed wyjazdem, trzeba wynieść po sobie śmieci z apartamentu do kontenerów (nie przy budynku, ale na ulicy, spory kawałek..

Jó elhelyezkedés. Szép környezet. Kényelmes lakás.

Був трохи малий напір води у душі, розташування на горі, 110 сходинок, щоб дійти до помешкання 😁

The host was not helpful and friendly. We booked the apartment because it provided free parking in the garage. It was very essential as we traveled by car. Three days before our arrival the host informed us that the garage was not available any more and we had to find parking in the street for about 1,5 euro per hour. It was inconvenient and rather costly but the host refused to return money we paid for rent so we didn’t have chance to look for another apartment. Finally we had to stay in this apartment. Specialists of Booking were very helpful and provided support. So we received a small compensation for the inconvenience but our stay was overshadowed. Also there were only two small bags of the shower gel and one small piece of soap for 5 nights. So the first day we had to look for the supermarket to buy shower gel and shampoo.There was a storage of strange stuff in the wardrobe.

Zero communication. The parking is in somewhere at the top of a hill. You need to climb 500 steps with your luggages. There was not even a liquid soap and even a bottle of a water at the apartment. Nobody answered the messages I sent. Even a simple question of how to set the heater was seen and not answered. The apartment was hot that I had to open the windows. As you can see one picture of the stairs we had to climb and go down with the luggages outside is just insane. They sent me a video in italian which they recorded in the middle of the night where you do not see anything and you lose the whole way. Even the video just to park the car was 5.50 minutes. Finding the car parking spot after making a trip to a hill which is not related to the building where you need to go down with your luggeges throught 500 steps down costed me 1 hour at least. When I arrived the apartment me and my fianceé were exhausted. The mattress’s coils were felt on my back since it was bad mattress. The washing machine did not work since there was propbelm woth the switch. The elevator did not work and we had to walk upstairs with our luggages. It was a total disaster! Based on what you pay and what you get is completely different. 108 euro for night you pay, you get whole these problems listed. If you need an apartment to stay, I definitely recommend not going there.
