The house is spacious, comfy, great views and convenience.. Very comfortable stay 😊

We found several aspects of this property to be excellent. The apartment offered a great range of amenities which made our stay very comfortable. It was also notably large in size, providing plenty of space for us to relax and unpack properly. A significant highlight was the great view from the property, which was truly enjoyable. Furthermore, the host, Lee, was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

While there were many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The location is quite far from local shops, which meant we needed to plan our trips for supplies accordingly. Our main issue, however, occurred on arrival. We discovered a significant number of red ants and other insects within the property. This made for a very uncomfortable first night, particularly as my son was bitten. Although Lee was very responsive and dealt with the issue effectively the next day, the initial experience was certainly unpleasant. It was also quite uncomfortable atmosphere wise as there are posters plastered all over the place to say that short term lets (<1 month) is not allowed, so it felt like we weren’t meant to be there.

1. Michael was waiting for us outside the 99 SpeedMart convenience store. He was prepared to drive us to the accommodation when we texted him prior that we were taking a grab. However we changed our mind and hired a car instead. Nevertheless Michael led us to the accommodation. 2. Recommend to hire a car as it appears public transport is not accessible. Although it is convenient to call a Grab or Maxim, they may not be available/reliable. We had a booking cancelled and another cannot find us. 2. The top floor offers a great view of the sea. See attached photo - looks like Singapore's Marina Bay Sands 3. Both Lee / Michael were quick to respond when we asked something.
