Easy access, easy parking. Elevator building. We had a room with 4 beds and one with 2 beds. Complimentary water. Just what we needed after a long day on the road.

Rooms are sparse. One chair, one bedside table, but it was fine.

The staff were some of the most friendly on our travels through Peru. The private parking garage is attached to the hotel reception and makes unloading our luggage easy. It is secure. Comfortable stay.

Excellent staff - the short-ish guy (Hejner I think) was super friendly and helpful. The location was great- very close to restaurants, cafes, and to colectivos to go out of the city. Hot water worked after you waited long enough, and the wifi was relatively good.

Not well lit. The room was quite dingy and needed some updates. Mold and cracks in the ceiling and walls. Big open window is nice in the daytime, but easy to hear loud sounds at night. Bathroom layout is a bit cramped and so, uncomfortable, but the shower itself was a decent size. The cafeteria area was similarly dark and dingy looking, with not many choices for the breakfast - the coffee available was only instant coffee. For a few dollars more, I would upgrade to a better hotel the next time I visit Chiclayo. This hotel was not as 'gran' as it looked on the website.
