GuestHost - Ballarò Central Cozy Studio with Balcony

Very clean, the staff was very helpful fast and operative.

Neighbours were extremly noisy some days they were probably arguing and screaming a lot after 10pm, other days they were using a mixer very late at night. Kids there a very loud from 5 am to midnight. Most of the time neighbours had their doors open which caused very stinky smell at the staircase.

A localização é excelente para fazer o centro histórico a pé. Tem um bom mercado e a estação central próximos. Cozinha compacta, mas é o suficiente para as refeições.

Achei o local para banho apertado demais. Sou alguém pequeno (1,71m de altura e 80 kg) e mesmo assim fiquei apertado lá, alguém maior teria dificuldade para o banho. O ar-condicionado é pequeno para o tamanho do ambiente, estivemos em fevereiro lá, mas pude notar que ele não dá conta.

the property was nice and clean,convenient for staying for couple of days and the location was really close to all the historical places which is very pleasenting

communication with the staff was not very convenient . on checking we were looking for the address it wasn’t mentioned the number of the apartment in the info so I texted to the staff for exact location and it takes a time to get the respond it was very frustrating , we were so confuse and one of the Neighbor on the street try to help us to find the apartment

Very nice studio with thoughtful interior design (for example handmade details for lamps)! The studio is brand new with comfortable beds and smart kitchen where all amenities are included. There's everything that you need for a perfect stay in Palermo! The studio is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the central train station inside the historic town and very near to Ballaro market (recommended). The neighborhood felt safe and the check-in went very smoothly. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier, which was appreciated.

The studio was spacious and located in a good neighbourhood close to all restaurants, busy areas and shops. There is a market right around the corner. Everything within walking distance. People warned us that palermo could be dangerous, but we (2 women), never felt unsafe in our neighbourhood even at night. The studio is airconditioned and all appliances are new and modern. It has a little balcony too. Unfortunately the apartment block across from us was doing renovations and was obstructing our view. Amit is a very helpful and friendly person. And although there were some mishaps he was ready to help.

There are steep stairs leading up to the studio. It makes is inaccessible for people in a wheelchair or elderly people. It also makes it quite difficult to carry heavy suitcases up and down. There were two dirty towels left behind by the cleaning staff. Also some hairs left in the shower. For a total of 4 nights, we were only given 1 set of towels per person. It's too little in my opinion especially since there are many beaches in palermo and surrounding areas, it should be taken into account that one needs more than just 1 towel to shower during their stay.
