From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Credit card used for payment in advance must be presented upon check for verification. Please be aware that all of our activities are fee-based. Please contact our team for clarification of the charges and further assistance. 1. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax. 2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00 net per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost. 3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out. 4. Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea view rooms, subject to availability. Please refer to our Reservations team to inquire on surcharges that may apply. 5. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in: - RM200 per night for Villas - RM600 per night for Suites - Payment can be made by cash or credit card. 6. Requests for specific rooms are subject to a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of request. For further details, please contact our team at reservations@grandlexispd.com. 7. Maximum number of occupants: - Deluxe Pool Villas: 2 people - Sky, Executive, Premium, Grand, Garden & Grand Garden Pool Villas: 4 people - Deluxe & Premier Suites: 4 people - Sky Pool Grand Villas: 6 people 8. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. 9. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel. 10. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 11. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional people beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 net per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested. 12. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms. 13. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited. 14. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 net is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage. 15. Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee): In line with the Negeri Sembilan State Government’s directive, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of RM4.00 net per room, per night will be applicable to all guests, effective November 2025. This fee is not included in the room rate and shall be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the Government upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
