U samom centru grada je. U blizini ima sve što je potrebno (prodavnica, kafić, pab, restoran, bankomat....).

Lokacija odlična, strogi centar grada. Preporuka za sve koji žele da budu u centru Novog Sada. Smještaj izvrstan, baš onako kako je i prikazano na fotografijama.

Komunikacija sa osobljem se dešavala uglavnom preko telefona. Ipak, domaćinski je i više cijenimo da smo imali priliku da popričamo sa domaćinom... jer ipak od domaćina kod kojeg dolazimo očekujemo sugestije i preporuke za aktivnosti u gradu. Za strane državljane, parking je problem, plaćanje nije podržano od strane stranog broja (konkretno broja iz BIH). Preporuka da se bolje organizuje plaćanje putem kartičnog plaćanja.
