Équipement vieux. Isolation entre les chambres médiocre. Ne pas avoir de savon au lavabo de la salle de bain est une petite méchanceté non pardonnable dans cette classe de prix. Petit-déjeuner bon, mais ne pas avoir de machine à café est une autre petite méchanceté impardonnable.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - initially I booked for 2 nights as a stopover on my way back from Laos, but I extended my stay 3 times, that’s how nice it is. The staff are warm, welcoming and super helpful. The location is a 5-10 minute grab/taxi ride from central Udon Thani, right at the edge of a lake. I had a lakeside room and spent my afternoons relaxing and reading on my balcony overlooking the lake or in the garden that goes right down to it. Absolutely stunning and so relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of space and the bed was so comfortable with great pillows. Someone in another review said the brown was drab but I found the neutral tones relaxing and cosy. The AC was powerful, the lighting warm and not harsh, the sheets were good quality, the shower had great pressure and plenty of properly hot water and the WiFi reliable enough for me to work and have a couple of zoom calls without issue. There is hot water and tea available in the lobby all day as well as a selection of snacks, drinks, beers, and toiletries available to buy. The breakfast isn’t super extensive and is predominantly Thai food but it’s really delicious and served til 11am (good for late risers like me who often don’t make it down in time). I absolutely cannot wait to come back and feel as relaxed as I was at this hotel.

Nothing major but a couple of small extras that would make this place even better would be to provide hand soap in the bathroom (there is shampoo and shower gel dispensers, but it’s inside the showers, obviously), and to add yoghurt and fruit to the breakfast options. But these are not complaints, just suggestions.

Television 📺 was outdated and did not work properly.
