"Lamentable !"

SALE, DÉLABRÉ, limite INSALUBRE ! Pour 70€ la nuit, vous aurez : - Une chambre défraîchie dans un état de propreté et de vétusté inadmissible, - Des moisissures sur les plaintes en bois, - Des toiles de poussière au plafond, - Des WC dégueu, - Une literie hors d'âge, - Des traces d'urine sur le radiateur, - Un spot électrique décroché au dessus de la douche, - Une télécommande TV poisseuse dont certaines touches et fonctionnalités (volume notamment) sont hors d'usage, - Une poignée de porte crasseuse, - Une absence de poubelle dans la chambre, - Du bruits, des odeurs, et j'en passe ... Bref, c'est à se demander s'il existent des contrôles sanitaires dans les Alpes-Maritimes !

Très bonne accueil et service restauration parfait. Le repas excellent, fait maison et assiette copieuse . Les patrons disponible. Services: accueil et restauration parfait.

Indication géographie et visuelle inexistante. Il faut améliorer en arrangement le lieu de réception. ( debarras). Au niveau chambre, petite réparations à faire pour un meilleur confort. ( propreté à revoir, aération, cloque sur les murs, et pas assez de prise de courant.)

Ubicado genial para autobuses a niza y salir del pueblo hacia otros

Mosquitos pero se arregla con el spray y no abrir ventanas ponemos aire acondicionado.

Lovely spot close to the river with a good restaurant. The nearby village is lovely. Its quite worn, but clean and comfortable.
