"Perfectly located compact apartment"

The location was perfect, situated between Paignton and Preston beaches. Dog friendly compact apartment with friendly hosts on hand should you need them. Well equipped kitchen for its size. Bonus with on site parking. We will definitely use it again when visiting family.

It is a little tired and could use a modern cooker and better shower. Although the water was always hot. The heating could not be controlled and it was often cold especially late afternoon but there were blankets provided. None of that would put us off.

Our host Tina was very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect the beach is across the road, a short stroll to the pier and the shops

Location was superb, next to the beach and short walk to all amenities. Hosts were great and got on very well with the fellow guests.
