CAPORELLA Dimora della via Appia

This hotel was booked mainly on price but after booking in, we decided to stay for the week. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big. Get with the program hotes.com The hotel is close to everything you need without having to walk for more than a few minutes and has few tourists. Great museum, which Vittorio allowed us to visit while it was supposedly closed, great pizza bars and the most amazing tiny local restaurant, Da Vincento, look it up, I am not going to give away all my secrets. Anyway, if you want to escape the heat, head for this delightful mountain town. Highly recommended.

As it turned out, my pup wasn't accepted, no dogs in general in their apartment. So I'm return I was given an upgrade to their hotel including breakfast and a huge terrace. Definitely be back!

Parking was a challenge but somehow always found a spot with some patience.

good location in the historical center of potenza, nice staff, the breakfast was included. The bed were confortable in both rooms, the hygiene was good.

Maybe a better wifi, but it was not their fault, the wifi was cut in all the historical center, for renovation of the neighbourhood.
