The owners and the volunteers Britney and David really go out of their way to make you feel at home. You could chill with them and feel like you belong there. Free ice-cream and delicious cake made by the owners. Out of old town but walkable to it, right by the lake. Individual beds (not bunk beds!) social but quiet at night so you can sleep well. Just a perfect stay I'd definitely go again

Maybe the bathrooms need a little love, the shower flooded the bathroom when you used it and it was either really hot or really cold but that's the only thing which isn't even a big deal

The hostel had a social friendly atmosphere especially the volunteers Brittney and David who were so sweet, friendly, and just the absolute best. The owners Vesna and Nino were welcoming and always available for questions or recommendations, and offered some of their dinner, rakija, and ice cream. Such a sweet environment and close to the lake!

The fact i could not stay forever

i have never loved another hostel as much as i loved this one. the owners, vesna and nino, were so kind, and i really enjoyed talking with them about macedonia or anything, really. the volunteers were also incredible — i truly enjoyed getting to know them, and they were always eager to help. it felt like home. the hostel was clean and spacious, with lots of cool hangout areas, and the location was super close to everything. if i’m ever back in ohrid, i will definitely stay here again!
