Charm's Homestay

Very good value, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was perfect and the view was amazing. Good breakfast as well. Super pleasant experience.

Beautiful location. Beautiful view. Quiet and away from the town. Host was so helpful. She arranged our trip to the caves and booked our bus tickets to Hue. She also took the three of us and our luggage to the bus stop in 2 trips. She organised take away food as we arrived late from Dong hoi as well as the driver. WiFi was great. Clean. Wish we could have stayed longer and visited more of the caves.

It's a little far from the town and would benefit from bicycles onsite. There are however a number of restaurants within easy walking distance of the homestay.

great property right on the river. The room was simple but very comfortable. would definitely stay again.

Lovely Clean big bedrooms. Staff are fantastic! Further away from the town. We liked this, but we hired a scooter.

Would be nice if they offered free bikes to get to town.

Location Location Location The views of the river and karst mountains is exceptional Lovely family, helped organise tours and buses. Plus they pick you up from the bus stop!

No kettle in my room

Beautiful huge rooms with super comfortable beds, huge bathroom with hot shower. Very accommodating and friendly hosts made our stay, they were so welcoming and even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus station for free and also organised our onward travel. Great options for the included breakfast and we enjoyed the family dinner. Able to organise moped for hire and also provide free push bikes. The property has great views over the river with the mountains opposite, we had a swim in the river which the hosts provided life jackets for. The hosts even let us use the room and shower after we had checked out as we visited the dark cave during the day and had a night bus in the evening.

the location was great. run and owned by local family. we were looked after by family. very accommodating and happy to help with tours, transportation and food.

This is truly a hidden gem in Phong Nha. A place must to stay for the best view of river and mountains. Yen and her family are very kind and helpful. They also provided the best foods while staying. Extremely satisfied.
