Front desk guy doesn’t speak English, asked a question and he didn’t understand me, we tried to check in after 5 pm and our room wasn’t ready, and were told to come back in 30 mins?? Nice facility however they need allot of help with the staff…

Great alternative to Mackinac City. Worth the views from the patio-get a balcony or water view. My view was of the parking lot.
