Luxurious Apartment in the Heart of Thessaloniki

We rented this apartment hoping to have a nice Christmas stay, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The host didn’t care about any of the problems we had during our stay. There was no hot water, and even though I kept asking for help, I received no response. The entire kitchen had no electricity, and when I asked for support because we needed to cook, the host simply told me to “go to a restaurant.” The heating also didn’t work properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. It was very clear that the host never had any intention of helping with anything. The apartment itself is nice, but the host’s attitude and lack of support completely ruined the stay. I don’t recommend this place. If you face the same problems we did, you won’t receive any help at all.
